This focused Birth Prep Mini gives partners a practical game plan for supporting you throughout labor. We’ll talk about what they can actually do, from hands-on comfort and helping you stay grounded to communicating and protecting the environment around you.
The goal isn’t for your partner to become your birth coach or memorize a script. It’s for both of you to walk into labor feeling like a team.
