Drawing from Lamaze's 6 Healthy Birth Practices, I help parents understand how to support the natural physiology of labor by encouraging labor to begin on its own when possible, promoting movement and position changes during labor, building a strong support team, making informed decisions about interventions, following the body's natural urges during birth, and fostering early parent-baby bonding after birth. Through professional training, extensive study of birth physiology, and my own experience preparing for both an unmedicated hospital birth and a home birth, I help parents approach birth with greater confidence and clarity.
