This 5-week live childbirth education series goes beyond simply learning what happens during labor. You’ll learn how your mind and body work together during birth while practicing HypnoBirthing® breathing, deep relaxation, visualization, and self-hypnosis techniques to help release fear and approach birth feeling calm, confident, and prepared.
We’ll also cover the physiology of birth, preparing your body for labor, navigating common decisions and interventions, birth preferences, partner support, labor and birth positions, and those first moments with your baby.
